Wolverhampton YMCA operates 2 Foyers within the Wolverhampton and Staffordshire areas. These are supported through the Supporting People initiative, and are both recognised as accredited Foyers from the Foyer federation

What is a Foyer?

A Foyer is more than just accommodation. A Foyer provides:

• Supported Housing for 16-25 year olds where learning and life skills are just as important as the accomodation
• Help to young people who are homeless, move from dependance  to independance.
• A home to live in, training, personal development, job seeking facilities, healthy living skills, emotional support, counselling, and advice.

In return for this offer, young people commit to engagement within the Foyer training and life skills programme. 

Both Wolverhampton YMCA Foyers have on site support teams available to assist residents in all aspects of their personal development, comfort and safety.

This support is is available 24 hours 365 days a year.
